    I am buddhist monk from Italy. I am Junior Abbot of Anandarama Temple in Salamulla Kolonnawa Colombo. I received ordination in old age (49th) and i try to be a good person!     Thank you very much for the Comment. We go on adding more Dhamma desana and readings continuously and your comments on those are highly appriciated. As the manager of this website my intention is to have a dhamma discussion with the people far from Sri Lanka through this blog. Our Spitual leader Ven. Nandasiri is always with me to carriout this task.

  4. I need to make correction of my last write in this page about my web address and email.
    In the end of october I will be in Sri Lanka. I miss this country and all beautiful people, nature, story, Temples… I hope that somebody that read this page remember in some Puja the third anniversary of my ordination in July 19. that also is my 52.th bithday.

    I heard the “kaayanupassana” by Ven Waturugama Nandasiri thero. I wanted to listen to it again. But the audio clip in this website have so many disturbances and very difficult to understand. Can you please upload one with better quality?
