What is Emptiness

‘How can this world be empty,
I see beings all the time!?’Don’t misunderstand the term,
that’s where you are having trouble friend.

Beings exist,
along with their minds and bodies,
however their minds and bodies are constantly changing,
in a flux,
unstable,
always changing into something different,
than what it was before.[1]

This what was meant by ‘empty,’
not anything else.
empty means ‘empty of substance’,
and not ‘non-existent,’
hope that makes sense.
